Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable advisory solutions that align with their financial/business goals. The candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills with a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable advisory services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with the advisory and research teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting tools.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and market trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, preferably in advisory, financial services, or consulting sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
