We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about financial markets and interested in promoting cutting-edge algo trading software solutions to retail traders, investors, and financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, online research, networking, and referrals

• Pitch our algo trading software solutions to potential clients (retail traders, brokers, sub-brokers, HNIs, etc.)

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value proposition effectively via calls, meetings, or demos

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, market trends, and competitor offerings

• Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients

• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions using CRM tools

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred in Finance, Business, or related field; not mandatory)

• 0 to 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development

• Basic understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, or algo trading is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner

• Proficiency in using MS Office, email, and CRM tools
