• Understand the background, experience, and career goals of the physiotherapist
• Guide prospects towards the most suitable course
2. Course Counseling
• Explain course details including:

Clinical exposure

• Help physiotherapists understand how the program will upgrade their clinical practice and career opportunities
3. Sales Conversion
• Convert inquiries into paid enrollments
• Follow up with leads regularly until closure
• Create urgency using early bird deadlines, limited seats, and course start dates
4. Relationship Building
• Maintain a professional relationship with prospective students
• Address queries regarding:

• Ensure a trust-based advisory approach rather than pushy selling
5. CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of:
