We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining our products and services, and generating leads or sales.
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products/services in a clear and convincing manner.
Identify and qualify interested leads for further processing.
Handle queries and follow up with existing customers.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the team leader/manager.
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills (Hindi required, English will be an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
