We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell real estate properties over calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, explaining property details, and converting prospects into site visits or sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Outbound calls karna potential customers ko (leads follow-up)

Customers ko property details, pricing, location explain karna

Interested clients ke liye site visit schedule karna

CRM me data maintain karna (calls, follow-ups, status)

Sales targets achieve karna

Customer queries handle karna professionally

Existing clients ke saath relationship maintain karna

🧠 Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Convincing & negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of real estate (plus point)

Telecalling / telesales experience preferred

Target-oriented mindset

🎓 Qualification

Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)

💼 Work Details

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: Day shift (can vary)

Salary: 18 to 26 k in hand fixed + Incentives
