 Follow up on daily incoming leads (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Facebook, farmer database).

 Understand customer product requirements and provide suitable offers.

 Maintain proper CRM lead entry and ensure regular follow-up.

 Build and maintain dealer relationships to generate repeat orders.

 Maintain sales reports and calling data in Excel or CRM software.
