Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our NBFC operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, coordinating loan applications, and achieving sales targets for short-term personal loan products.

Candidates having prior experience in Payday Loan or Digital Lending industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage customer leads through calls and other channels.

• Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.

• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursal.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Handle customer documentation and basic verification coordination.

• Maintain proper records and MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of NBFC or financial products preferred.

• Experience in Payday Loan / Digital Lending industry will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
