Responsibilities
● Make 100+ outbound calls daily to assigned leads ● Engage with warm/interested prospects and explain Stock Pathshala plans ● Convert interested users into paid customers / next stage of sales funnel ● Handle objections and guide users toward purchase decisions ● Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups ● Update lead status, remarks, and progress in CRM ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills
Strong end-to-end sales and closing skills over calls ● Excellent Hindi communication (English is a plus) ● Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads ● Experience in high-volume calling with quality conversations (~20 relevant calls/day) ● Strong follow-up and persuasion skills ● Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
