💼 Position: Partner Sales Executive

🏠 Work Mode: Work From Home

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

👤 Eligibility:

✅ Age below 27 years

✅ Hindi is Mandatory

✅ Knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage

✅ Good communication & convincing skills

✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

📋 Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Onboard truck owners to the FR8 platform

🔹 Verify partner documents (Aadhaar, PAN, RC & Bank Details)

🔹 Re-activate inactive partners through follow-up calls

🔹 Share load details with truck partners

🔹 Resolve partner queries related to loading, unloading & trip payments

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners

🔹 Achieve weekly onboarding targets

💰 Compensation:

🚨 100% Incentive-Based Role (No Fixed Salary)

💵 ₹5,000 incentive for onboarding the first truck

💵 Approx. ₹550 incentive for each additional truck (AVERAGE EARNINGS 10,000 - 15,000)
