✔ Handle telecalling and follow-ups with prospective customers
✔ Manage and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART and other online platforms
✔ Generate and qualify leads through online sources
✔ Maintain customer database and update CRM records
✔ Coordinate with sales and technical teams for client requirements
✔ Provide product information and support to potential customers
✔ Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets

✔ Good communication and convincing ability
✔ Experience in telecalling and customer handling
✔ Knowledge of IndiaMART handling
