Job Title: Partner Sales Cordinator
Location: Pune – Kalyani Nagar

Role Overview
The role involves working out of the partner office and engaging extensively with partner sales teams across levels to drive alignment, capability building, and execution support based on MIS insights.
Key Responsibilities
Work from the partner office and coordinate closely with partner sales teams
Conduct outbound calls with partner sales employees—from field-level executives to National Managers
Use available MIS to review performance, gaps, and requirements
Identify training needs and areas requiring additional support
Ensure ground-level support availability and effectiveness
Manage approximately 3,000 touchpoints, with each contact called twice
Create structured snapshots/reports of insights, gaps, and actions
Share consolidated reports with the Head on a regular basis
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze MIS and derive actionable insights
High ownership, follow-through, and execution focus
Comfortable with high-volume calling and coordination
Ability to work independently from partner premises
Experience & Qualification
1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, partner management, or inside sales
Prior exposure to B2B sales ecosystems or channel partners preferred
