SALES EXECUTIVE / COORDINATOR

🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

THE CANDIDATE MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE WITHIN 0–5 KM OF BANER, PUNE.
Candidates residing beyond 5 KM of Baner will NOT be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle gym membership sales, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references and local outreach.

• Conduct gym tours and explain memberships, packages and facilities.

• Follow up with prospective and existing members to drive conversions and renewals.

• Maintain daily sales records, lead databases and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure excellent member experience.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1–6+ years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service.

• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented, energetic and confident personality.

• Good knowledge of sales follow-up and lead conversion.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Local candidate residing within 0–5 KM of Baner is mandatory.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

💰 SALARY

₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives
Depending on experience, skills and performance.
