We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Executive to join our team. This role is a combination of sales support, coordination, and data management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting client interactions. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update sales and client databases to ensure smooth workflow
Verify data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Organize and manage both digital and physical records for easy accessibility
Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal teams to support business activities
Handle outbound and cold calling to support lead generation and follow-ups
Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
Communicate with clients via calls and emails for updates, queries, and coordination
Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled securely
Assist in administrative and coordination tasks to improve overall efficiency
Required Skills
