Hiring: Telecaller / Calling Executive (Pharma)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to coordinate between distributors, stockists, and the field sales team. The role involves follow-ups, order coordination, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls for order follow-ups & updates

• Maintain communication for stock availability

• Track pending orders & dispatch status

• Handle queries & ensure timely resolution

• Maintain records of calls & orders

• Support field sales team with coordination

• Share schemes, offers & product updates on time

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Good follow-up & coordination ability

• Basic knowledge of pharma distribution (preferred)

• Data handling & record maintenance

• Problem-solving attitude & attention to detail

• Preferred languages: Marathi / Gujarati

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (preferred)

• 1–3 years experience in telecalling / sales coordination

• Pharma / healthcare experience is an added advantage

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
