The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
· Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
· Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and sales data
· Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments
· Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams for order execution
· Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries
· Assist in preparing sales forecasts and presentations
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
· Support dealer and distributor coordination
