Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong presentation and closing skills.
