We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into sales.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Present products/services to customers and generate interest.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and ensure continuous customer engagement.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain satisfaction levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
Prior telesales or customer support experience is a plus.
