Job Title: Voice Process Executive

Process Type: Outbound ( Domestic PROCESS)
Core Responsibilities
Call Handling: Manage high volumes of outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Query Resolution: Listen actively to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information/solutions.
Proper Leads Generation : should generate efficient leads on every day basis .
Data Maintenance: Document call details accurately and update customer records in CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and First Call Resolution (FCR).
Follow-ups: Conduct post-resolution follow-ups and collect customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills [1]
Education: Diploma, or any Bachelor’s degree.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Technical: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate customer service software efficiently.
