Job Role
Centralize the enquiries received from various sources:
Web
Word of Mouth
Reference
Toll free
PMS
AMS etc.
Scrutinize the received enquiries and allocate them to the sales guys
To provide the Initial Meeting Schedule to the Sales person on daily basis
Keeping track of Sales person visits
To do the verification of call/meeting done by Sales Person
Responsible to track proposals
Fix up the proposal meeting appointment and handover the schedule to Sales Person as per their
WAP/Geographical area & Segment
Coordination with depts. for fulfillment of Sales requirements:
Corner Samples
Visiting Cards
Shade cards
Required formats/files etc.
Conduct WSM [Weekly Sales Meet] & Preparing Sales data required on Daily/Weekly basi
Cross-Verification of AMS/PMS files, DER and conveyance of Sales Personnel
Coordination with internal departments
Report to the management through G-Drive
Any other work depending upon the necessity
Daily/Weekly Reporting through prescribed formats
