Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail Onboarding & Lead Conversion

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to expand our retailer network. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential retailers, contact them through calls and WhatsApp, explain our products, convert leads into customers, and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new retailer leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and field visits (if required).

- Explain our product range, pricing, margins, and promotional offers.

- Convince retailers to place their first order and ensure smooth onboarding.

- Follow up regularly with interested leads until conversion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.

- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.

- Gather market feedback and competitor information.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, footwear, apparel, or distribution sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls per day.

- Proficient in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of calls made per day.

- Number of retailer conversations.

- Follow-ups completed.

- New retailers onboarded.

- Total order value generated.

- Monthly sales target achievement.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹7000 per month
