Civil Guruji Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Personality to join our team.

The role involves lead generation, calling, follow-ups, sales conversion, college visits, company collaboration & business development to promote our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.

• Explain training programs, fees, offers and enrollment process.

• Generate and convert leads into admissions.

• Visit colleges and educational institutions for business development.

• Build and maintain collaborations with companies, organizations and industry partners for training, recruitment, corporate programs and other business opportunities.

• Identify potential companies and initiate communication to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities.

• Coordinate with companies for corporate training, employee skill-development programs, recruitment drives and placement-related opportunities.

• Maintain lead records and follow-up status.

• Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and student onboarding.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with calling as well as field/college visits.

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Sales/Telecalling/Business Development experience preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
