Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) + performance incentives

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with excellent communication skills in English and Marathi to join our team and help deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate client and sales data.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and report irregularities.

• Organize physical and digital records for easy access.

• Assist other departments with administrative tasks when needed.

• Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.

• Communicate confidently with clients in English and Marathi, understand their needs, handle queries, and explain our services clearly.

• Proactively reach out to potential clients, follow up with leads, and convince them about our services while building trust and rapport.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: Sales experience with client-handling skills preferred.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Marathi.

  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

• Open to both male and female candidates.

• Work Days: 6 Days working
  Monday to Saturday (Shift timings: 9 AM to 6:30 PM).

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
