Sales Coordinator (Female)
Location: Kundli, Haryana
Experience: 2–3 Years
Education: Graduate
Salary: As per last drawn salary & experience
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calling, email, online research and other sources.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the team.
• Prepare and send professional emails, quotations and product details.
• Maintain customer and lead data in MS Excel.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
• Update customer, enquiry and order details.
• Coordinate with internal departments for orders and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
Required Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Lead Generation/Inside Sales.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of any ERP software.
• Good follow-up, coordination and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, organized and proactive.
• Experience in a manufacturing/B2B company will be an advantage.
