Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily sales activities

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices

• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases

• Track sales targets and prepare performance reports

• Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely execution

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals

• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary

• Organize meetings, events, and sales team schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with CRM software is an advantage

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
