We are looking for a telesalesto join our team in retail industry The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential/existing customers to pitch products/services.

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify needs, adjust pitches, persuade customers, and close deals.

• Customer Interaction: Address queries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Data Management: Update CRM, maintain call records, and schedule follow-ups.

• Upselling/Cross-selling: Promote additional services to existing clients.

• Meet Targets: Achieve daily/monthly sales and performance metrics (SLA). 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent English, Hindi, telugu

• Personality: Pleasant voice, good telephonic etiquette, adaptable, and a team player.

• Technical: Basic computer knowledge, typing, and familiarity with CRM/MS Excel.

• Experience: Previous experience in domestic/international voice or telemarketing is often preferred.

• Education: Typically 12th pass/Graduate (HSC/Graduate). 

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
