Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and followups

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders

• Maintain customer database and sales records

• Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch departments for timely delivery • Track order status and update customers regularly

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support

• Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and monthly performance data

• Support in tender documentation and contract management

• Ensure proper documentation as per company and industry standards
Candidate Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in Automobile or Manufacturing/Packing Industry

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of MS Office, Email Writing
