Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client communication, documentation, and order
processing. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share quotations and Performa Invoices (PI)
Coordinate with customers for order processing and follow-ups
Maintain and update sales reports and records
Handle email communication with clients professionally
Support the sales team in closing orders
Ensure timely execution of sales-related documentation
Maintain proper data and documentation accuracy
Skills Required:
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
