Coordinate between sales team, accounts, service, and logistics for smooth operations.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, and pending deliveries.
Track sales targets vs achievements (orders & invoices).
Follow up with customers and sales team on pending orders, invoices, and payments.
Prepare MIS reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Support sales managers with data, presentations, and analysis.
Maintain CRM/ERP system and ensure accuracy of sales data.
Monitor KPIs and highlight gaps in sales performance.
Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis.
