Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating with clients, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients regarding orders and inquiries.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

• Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.

• Maintain customer records and sales data.

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery coordination.

• Handle client communications through calls, emails, and messages.

• Generate sales reports and MIS as required.

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
