We are looking for a Relationship Officer to join our team at Smartson Enterprises. with a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000, along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Communicate with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, including barcode labels, stickers, TTO ribbons, and printing consumables.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback.
Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th grade and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
