Job Title: Relationship Officer

Job Type: Office Work
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Connect with customers through calls and follow up on leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Explain financial products such as loans and credit cards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
Maintain customer data and call records in CRM
Assist customers with documentation and basic KYC requirements
Achieve daily and monthly targets as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:
12th pass/ Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Freshers can apply; experience is a plus
