Job Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
We are hiring VRMs to manage customer relationships through digital channels. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via calls and digital platforms
Understand needs and recommend suitable banking products
Handle queries and resolve issues within timelines
Promote digital banking services
Maintain customer records in CRM systems
Build strong relationships and ensure customer retention
Achieve sales targets and cross-sell/up-sell products
Follow banking policies and ensure compliance
Eligibility:
Graduate (except B.Tech/BE)
Freshers or 0–1 year experience
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English mandatory)
Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of banking products & CRM
Languages:
English (mandatory) + Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
