What You’ll Do

• Sales & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote banking products like Credit Cards, Assets, and Third-Party Products (TPP).

• Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned customer base, ensuring high retention and a seamless digital banking experience.

• Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to internal banking policies and regulatory norms.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent English (Mandatory) + Proficiency in one regional language (Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada).

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.

• Knowledge: A foundational understanding of banking products is a plus.
