Client Information Client Name: Multiple Banking & NBFC Partners Client Description: Our clients include leading banks and NBFCs across India offering financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance. These organizations are recognized for their strong market presence, competitive offerings, and customer-centric services.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding financial products
• Generate leads and convert them into successful applications
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth application processing
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage Experience
• Fresher to 2 years in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
