🔹️ Role Overview: - As a Relationship Manager, you will manage an in-house sales and service portfolio, understand customer requirements, provide personalized matchmaking support, retain paid members, and drive renewals and referrals.

🔹️Key Responsibilities: -

1. Understand customer preferences and relationship goals

2. Shortlist and recommend suitable profiles

3. Deliver premium service to paid members

4. Manage end-to-end matchmaking and follow-ups

5. Drive renewals, referrals, and upselling

6. Maintain service metrics and portfolio performance

🔹️ Eligibility: -

✓ Graduate (Any Stream)

✓ 1.5+ years experience in Telecom / IT / EdTech / Insurance / Loans / Banking / Customer Support / Service

✓ Strong communication & persuasion skills

✓ Fluency in regional language

🔹️Job Highlights: -

🕒Working Hours: 9:30 AM — 6:30 PM

🗓Week Off: Sunday + National Holidays

💰Salary: Up to X23,000 CTC (ESIC, PF, Mediclaim, Incentives & Benefits)
