Key Responsibilities
Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile.
Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right ‘Assisted’ experience and delivering quality service.
Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
Skill and Competencies
Good command over English language, fluency in the regional language (Bengali) proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation.
Punctuality & Presentation skills
High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills.
Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements.
Education and Experience
Graduate
Should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
