Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, interact with customers, and generate leads or provide support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
