Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Generate new business leads and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan/financial products.

• Handle the complete customer journey from lead generation to disbursement.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.

• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and support.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in NBFC, banking, loans, finance, or sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
