About the Role
Keyone Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive insurance sales and build long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and customer databases.
Contact prospective customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
Understand customer financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets in premium value and Number of Policies (NOP).
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.
Assist customers throughout the policy purchase process.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, or Financial Services.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
