Relationship Manager (RM) – Gravity Ventures | HSR Layout, Bangalore

Gravity Ventures is hiring enthusiastic and career-focused Relationship Managers to join our growing team in the stock market and financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals who are passionate about communication, client relationship management, and building a successful career in financial services.

As a Relationship Manager, you will interact with prospective clients, explain our stock market advisory products and services, convert leads into customers through ethical sales practices, maintain long-term client relationships, and coordinate with the internal operations and advisory team to ensure excellent customer service.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills in English and a regional language, a genuine interest in stock markets, trading, or finance, a willingness to earn attractive performance-based incentives, and a professional, honest, and committed attitude. Freshers with a strong learning mindset are welcome to apply, while prior experience in sales, finance, or stock market advisory will be an added advantage.

The salary ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance, along with uncapped performance incentives offering excellent earning potential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Sunday off and 12 paid leaves per year.
