Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Elite Relationship Management & Onboarding

● Serve as the premium concierge and first point of contact for all Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 members.

● Manage the end-to-end "Legacy Onboarding" protocol for new members, coordinating with sponsors and ensuring the seamless delivery of physical Welcome Kits.

● Maintain the community's high-trust boundaries by screening incoming nomination queries before they reach the board.

2. Event Philosophy & Luxury Experience Execution

● Own the end-to-end curation, design, and execution of our signature non-transactional events: Monthly Curated Supper Clubs, Quarterly Site Expeditions, and the Annual Capital Gala.

● Source and manage relationships with tier-1 luxury venues, premium boutique resorts (e.g., Goa, Rajasthan), and high-end vendors to ensure flawless hospitality execution.

● Inject our core philosophy into every touchpoint, ensuring events perfectly balance intellectual growth with relaxed, sophisticated bonding.

3. Premium Marketing & Expansion Strategy

● Develop minimal, high-prestige internal marketing collateral, newsletters, and digital updates for members.

● Manage the club's private digital architecture (Notion Knowledge Base, secure communication channels) to keep members continuously engaged and informed.

● Craft sophisticated copy and communications that reinforce the club’s prestige and values of absolute transparency and visionary insight.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

● Experience: A proven track record (4+ years) managing communities or relations within luxury real estate firms, premium private members' clubs (e.g., Soho House, The Quorum), high-end luxury brands, or private banking wealth desks.

● The "Knack" for Engagement: Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to converse effortlessly with corporate CEOs, NRI professionals, and prominent land developers.

● Event Artistry: A deep passion for event philosophy—someone who views events not as checklists, but as curated human experiences requiring meticulous attention to detail, lighting, culinary pairings, and flow.

● Marketing Savvy: Sharp capability in premium brand messaging and storytelling, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
