Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Assistants. The role involves promoting and branding activities for the M4Marry app by connecting with registered prospects who are actively seeking matrimonial alliances. You will be provided with a laptop and calling data to engage with potential customers.
Eligibility Criteria: ● Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate ● Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales / Telemarketing / Renewals
● Language Requirement: Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory) ● Basic knowledge of mobile applications ● Strong communication, convincing, and influencing skills ● Ability to work independently as well as in a team ● Willingness to work from office and adapt to flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities: ● Contact registered users and explain services and offerings ● Convince and convert potential customers to opt for paid subscription packages (3 months, 6 months, etc.) ● Build strong engagement with prospects and highlight app benefits ● Promote awareness about company and its premium services ● Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls ● Achieve daily/weekly sales and conversion targets
