Key Responsibilities
Handle company-generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, email & CRM
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans and approvals
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily activity reports
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
Stay updated on real estate projects, locations and market trends
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
