Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female) – Real Estate
Location: Sector 37, Faridabad

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives (based on individual performance)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role primarily involves handling inbound customer inquiries and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 90% inbound calls from prospective clients and respond to their queries professionally

• Make 10% outbound calls for follow-ups and lead nurturing

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up with interested clients to close deals

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently

• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
