ABOUT THE ROLE

PSI Pvt. Ltd. is a real-estate developer and channel partner firm working with builders and property opportunities across

key markets. We are looking for energetic, communication-focused freshers who want to build a career in real estate sales

and business development. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options,

generating and following up on leads, and building strong client relationships from enquiry to closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through leads, references, networking and market outreach.

• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences and present relevant real-estate opportunities.

• Coordinate property visits, client meetings and follow-ups with prospects.

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, meetings and professional communication.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Coordinate with internal sales, operations and builder/channel-partner teams to support smooth transactions.

• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales activity records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

• Work toward individual and team sales targets while following company processes and professional standards

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.

• Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building ability.

• Basic negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Good follow-up discipline and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.

• Interest in real estate, sales and business development
