💼 About the Role

We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our dynamic remote sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in direct telesales and subscription-based sales, along with excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote subscription-based services.

Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing and promotions.

Handle customer queries and clearly explain the value proposition of subscription offerings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Drive subscription sales and facilitate the payment collection process.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track and improve key sales and revenue performance indicators.

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and work towards effective resolution.

Maintain accurate customer and sales information using CRM/sales tracking tools.

🎯 What We're Looking For

3–6 years of direct telesales experience, preferably in subscription sales.

Strong understanding or exposure to industries such as BFSI, Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate or Jobs.

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing, objection-handling and closing abilities.

Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Ability to quickly understand products/services and effectively communicate them to customers.

Language proficiency: English & Hindi; regional languages such as Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Bengali will be considered based on business requirements.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Graduates/Postgraduates are also welcome.
