# Job Description: Real Estate Telesales Executive (Female)
**Job Role:** Real Estate Telesales Executive
**Salary:** ₹10,000–₹30,000 per month
**Incentives:** Up to ₹10,000

**Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
### Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available properties.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Share property details, pricing, and other relevant information with customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update lead status.
- Build good relationships with customers and help convert leads into sales.
### Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, customer handling, and real estate.
- Basic knowledge of calling and follow-up processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telesales or real estate experience will be an advantage.
