Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

• Explain project details, offers, pricing, and amenities clearly.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.

• Maintain customer information and update lead status in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful customer conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree.

• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Telugu. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, and internet usage).

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
