GTM Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Real Estate Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating quality leads, scheduling office visits, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain project details and investment opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Schedule client appointments and office visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

• Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Incentive Structure

• ₹100 incentive for every client who successfully visits the office through your appointment.

• ₹5,000 additional bonus for every deal successfully closed through your generated lead.

• Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Working Schedule

• Sunday will be a working day.

• Rotational weekly off will be provided.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
