Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Real Estate Process

Job Location: JNTU, Manjeera Trinity Mall, Hyderabad

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹17,500 Take-Home

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced candidates for our Real Estate Voice Process. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in a real estate process, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to the real estate process.

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about properties and related services.

- Explain property details and assist customers with their queries.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer concerns.

- Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) and above.

- Experience: Prior experience in a Real Estate Process is mandatory.

- Languages Required: Hindi, Telugu, and English.

- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work from the office in Hyderabad.

Salary and Benefits

- CTC: ₹20,000 per month.

- Take-Home Salary: ₹17,500 per month.

- Shift: Day Shift.
